Submission + - Wikidata now Available Worldwide (paritynews.com)

hypnosec writes: Wikidata, a project by Wikimedia Foundation, has now been deployed in all language version of Wikipedia and is ready to be used worldwide. Wikidata provides factual data in the form of a central repository that can be used over in different Wikepedia articles without requiring a manual edit of all the articles where it has been used if there is a change in the underlying data. Editors of different articles on Wikipedia can simply embed the information available on Wikidata viz. ID of movie on IMDB, population of a city, etc. and if changes are made to data in Wikidata, they will be automatically reflected on the Wikipedia articles.
